It was established way back December 1994 by a U.P.- Diliman engineering alumnus with lofty academic credentials as a Cum Laude Graduate in

B.S. Civil Engineering Batch 1988 combined with keen business acumen and aggressive youthful leadership he developed in his first six years of private practice as a geotechnical engineering consultant after whom the firm was named. His management style did not escape the scrutinizing eyes of his fellow town mates who, believing he can also transform their tourist destination rich municipality into an economically progressive place in Northern Mindanao the way he did with his own company, elected him overwhelmingly as their Mayor last CY 2004 up to June 2013. After serving his town for 3 consecutive terms, he is now back to his company resuming his role as its General Manager. Its main office and soils & materials testing laboratory is located at #37 Torquoise St., Northview I-A Subd., Batasan Hills, Quezon City. It has a Field office at No. 11 Fatima St., Upper Jasaan, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental for its Visayas and Mindanao projects. Among its clients are government agencies and private corporations including foreign consulting companies, which are engaged in consultancy works here in the Philippines.
